Head Coach, Scott McAlee will be hosting two 8 week sport specific camps over the summer. This program will be focused on athletes who are looking to gain the edge on competition and improve in their sport. We will be giving each athlete a foundation in strength & conditioning with a proven program to build balance, stamina, speed and strength.

Developmental 1 (ages 11 - 13) 3 days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday Times: 11:00am - 12:00pm Class Structure: 0-10:00 Warmup 10:00 – 25:00 Speed/Agility Training 25:00 – 30:00 Break 30:00 – 50:00 Strength Training/Technique Development & Core Conditioning 50:00 – 60:00 Cool Down/Stretch
Developmental 2 (ages 14 - 16) 3 days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday Times: 12:30pm - 1:45pm Class Structure: 0-10:00 Warmup 10:00 – 30:00 Speed/Agility Training 30:00 – 35:00 Break 35:00 – 55:00 Strength Training/Technique Development 55:00 - 65:00 Core Conditioning 65:00 - 75:00 Cool Down/Stretch
