We're jumping into Summer!
We are so happy to be offering an 8 week camp for Preschool and Elementary aged children this year. Our goal is to pair fitness with fun in the pursuit of motivating each child towards a lifetime of fitness.
This program will be a great opportunity to get the kids out of the house and away from electronics for day! They'll get to meet new friends in the area all while enhancing their neurological, cognitive, motor skills
CrossFit Kids (ages 6 - 10) Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Times: 3:15pm - 4:00p Start Date: June 18th Class Structure: (sample class) Warm up: 3 rounds of: 5 broad jumps, 10 m of bear crawl, 10 lunge steps, 5 donkey kicks, agility ladder, dodgeball catch. Skill: Squat—knees out to PVC. Workout: AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in a given time of: 5 squats on top of the box, 10m of roving plank, 10 kettlebell swings
CrossFit Preschool (ages 3 - 5)
Days: Wednesday & Friday Times: 1145am - 12:15pm Start Date: June 20th Class Structure: (sample class) Skill: Combined deadlift and underhand dodgeball pass. Warmup: Freeze tag. WOD: AMRAP in a given time of: 3 deadlifts 3 push-ups 3 tuck-jumps GAME: DODGEBALL
