Scott is a Coach with over 12 years of experience in the field. He graduated from Lynchburg College with a degree in business and was a 4 year starter in the Lacrosse program. After College, he started 1 on 1 & group training with a corporate gym. He’s created programs and trained with clients in need of post op rehabilitation, youth, high school and collegiate level athletes, helped parents “get their bodies back”, weekend warriors and triathletes. Scott’s methodology is to ensure you move well before you move often and to help you become the best “You” possible in the safest and most fun environment possible.
